Why we built it

Coaches on Instagram have figured out the comment keyword. "Comment PLAN and I'll send it to you" works: people comment, a tool sends the freebie, and the DMs pile up.

Then most of those conversations stop. The freebie goes out, and nobody finds out who's actually ready for coaching. The two people who would have started this month are buried among the forty who just wanted a PDF. By the time the coach scrolls down to them, a day or two later, Instagram's 24-hour reply window has closed and the moment has passed.

And when a client does sign up, it's hard to say which Reel brought them. So coaches make more of what gets views, not more of what gets clients.

• Reply to the ready ones first. Your freebie goes out with one short question, and you get an alert when someone's answer says they're ready.
