Delete your DMdrop data
If you're a coach with a DMdrop account
Your leads, messages and reports are kept until your DMdrop account is erased. Disconnecting Instagram only stops us reading new data.
- Delete your account. In DMdrop, open Settings → Security → Delete account. This signs you out and hides your account; signing in again restores it.
- Erase everything for good. Email contact@dmdrop.co from the address on your account with the subject "Erase my account". We erase your account, your application, your Instagram data, leads and reports within 30 days and email you when it's done.
- Removing DMdrop from Instagram (Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites) stops our access at once. If you also ask Meta to delete your data, Meta tells us and we delete your Instagram data within 30 days.
If you applied but didn't create an account
Your application is deleted automatically 30 days after you last changed it. To delete it sooner, email contact@dmdrop.co with your Instagram handle.
If you commented on a coach's Reel
Your data is processed for that coach. Ask the coach to delete it, or email contact@dmdrop.co with your Instagram username and the coach's, and we'll delete it within 30 days and tell the coach. If you ask Meta to delete your data, Meta tells us and we delete it too.
